Why do people keep thinking Tyler Smith is a better player than CDR? In fact, it seems like you have him rated really low considering you have guys like Taylor and Lee and Rush ahead of him as well. Explain yourself young man.

Why on earth would Memphis take Bayless over Lopez? Are they planning to field an all PG team?

I'm starting to think Beasley might not be the lock at the first pick that he was for the entire season.

Why is that because Rose has played more games in the tournament?

I think they might try and go small and push the ball more than they have.

They could start Conley, Bayless, Mike Miller at the same time and not be significantly undersized.

Also, they could definitely move Lowry/Javris/Navarro, or a combination of 2 of those 3 by the end of next year.

I just see Lee moving up in the draft (like Mo Almond last year), so that's why he goes higher.

I think Rush is a superior defender and one of the most underrated guys in the draft.

Also, Taylor is more of a hope than a projection. I like his game a lot and could see him fitting in at the end of the first round.

Finally, the knocks on CDR (not strong enough) worry me more than Smith's inability to shoot the 3, which he won't be asked to do on a regular basis.

While I have him higher on my list, at least you have Arthur in the late lottery

Am I the only one that feels that Darrell must have done something to violate the guys over at DX? they have him at 23!!??

Not much of an explanation . . .
Anyways, decent job on the mock, but like others, I don't see Memphis taking Bayless at #3 when they have virtually no bigs, and a real excess of young PGs and combo guards in Conley, Lowry, Critt, and JCN. If they pick 2nd, they would take Rose, because he's easily the BPA, but between Bayless and Lopez it's a real toss-up, so I see them picking based on team need.

Donte Green to Chicago? I doubt the player Paxson picks after this dreadful of a season is a project SF, probably our strongest position depth wise, who isn't good in any aspect of his game as of now.

I think they take more of the sure thing in Hibbert (even with a lower ceiling) instead of another project.

It isn't a great explanation at all, but it is how I feel about him as a player. I think no one really has seen him and with the individual workouts someone will like his game and take him higher than others expect.

To say I like his game would be a better explanation, but I assumed it was implied I liked the way he plays based on where I have him projected.

With the Bayless things, I could definitely see them taking Lopez, but I think that they will take the highest player on their draft board (which could be Bayless).
