Is that a typo? Sorry I'm asking here, but I don't want to veto a trade if it is a typo. I'm assuming you mean sending your 1st as oppose to your second?

The Heat and Rockets have come to agreement on 3 deals (all pending approval of the 8-team blockbuster):

Trade 1)

Heat trade/Rockets receive:

Adam Morrison: $3,887,880
Rasual Butler: $3,315,000
Devean George: $2,369,111
CHA's 2008 1st round pick (already has been top 2 protected by Bobcats)

Total: $9,571,991

Rockets trade/Heat receive:

Chris Wilcox $6,500,000
Matt Carroll $5,450,000
Stephane Lasme minimum

Total: $11,950,000

9,571,991 X 1.25 + 100,000 = 12,064,988

12,064,988>11,950,000

Trade 2)

Heat trade/Rockets receive:

Earl Barron: $486,664 (BYC)
Malik Allen: $770,610
Chris Quinn: $687,456
Renaldo Balkman: $1,280,640

Total: $3,225,370

Rockets trade/Heat receive:

Adam Morrison: $3,887,880
Carl Landry minimum
Luke Jackson minimum

Total: $3,887,880

3,225,370 X 1.25 + 100,000 = 4,131,712
4,131,712>3,887,880

Trade 3)

Heat trade/Rockets receive:

Luke Jackson $770,610
Carl Landry $427,163

Total: $1,197,773

Rockets trade/Heat receive:

Renaldo Balkman: $1,280,640

Total: $1,280,640

1,197,773 X 1.25 = 1,497,216
1,497,216>1,280,640

-------------------------------
Heat accept all 3 deals, and pending approval of all 3 deals, the Heat would like to sign both Adam Haluska and JamesOn Curry (both waived pg. 55)

No its not a typo. NY's second rounder is owned by Portland in real life. The Bucks aquired it from them in a trade and this proposed deal gives it back to me.

With a 07-08 current salary figure of $ 50,021,992, the Portland Trail Blazers would like to claim Jamaal "Big Cat" Magloire off waivers after NJ waived him on page 41:

Portland welcomes back Magloire and hopefully he can help out lethargic 3rd unit.

Do not veto/complain here guys, just send Clyde or Bryant all your complaints/issues/vetoes/babies like before even if it looks blatant

Lets try again ;). The Knicks and Bucks have made a trade:

Milwaukee out:

MIL 08 1st
NY 08 2nd

FOR

NY 08 1st

*Milwaukee recieves the higher of the two first round picks unless New Yorks pick is in the top two. If that is the case then both teams keep their original picks (New York: NY 08 1st) (MIL: MIL 08 1st, NY 08 2nd).

The Bucks accept. We did this deal to be in a better posion to draft a complementary big man to Andrew Bogut.

The Portland Trail Blazers and Houston Rockets Have Agreed Yet Another Trade.

Courtesy of The Oregonian

Houston Receives/Portland Sends:
Eddie House (1.5)
Dominic McGuire (0.4, min)
Carlos Powell (0.4, min)

Total: 1.5 (without minimums)

Houston Sends/Portland Receives:
Luke Jackson (0.77, minimum)
Chris Quinn (0.68, minimum)

Portland: trade works because outgoing > incoming of 1.45

Houston: trade works because McGuire and Lasme are minmum contracts, so outgoing (1.45) * (1.25) is greater than incoming (1.5 from House)

Portland Accepts, and with a new 07-08 salary figure of $ 53,125,732 after the trade, The Portland Trail Blazers would like to claim PG Lindsey Hunter and his $2,250,000 salary off waivers (from pg.47):

lol the Knicks accept. This draft is either Derrick Rose or bust for me so I decided to make this trade so I can move down and still get the guy I would want while picking up another early second rounder.
