Never listened to a lot of rock but Guns n Roses and Bon Jovi were something I liked right from my school days. Speaking of guitarists, always thought Slash was awesome.

true. I meant solo since he's referred to mostly as a solo act. The New Years Band of Gypsies stuff is some of my favorite for sure, though.

When it comes to guitars .....The only thing that comes to my mind is Gypsy Kings .

Love these guys , their music , their live concerts and the most hottest women you can ever see dancing at their concerts .

Has anyone else heard of them or seen them live?

So I Played one of the main places to play in Ventura last night and they were displaying a rock photographers art work in the club. I was looking at all the awesome shots of musicians and the emotion and all that and the club owner saw me and said, "How do you like the Dan Grimm stage?"

I was confused until I went over to the stage to drop off my gear. The centerpiece photo above the stage was of Me. So the photographer got a picture of me & Hutch playing under a picture of me and Hutch:

Coming on the stage to play under myself was oddly both humbling and egomaniacal. It's gonna be there for a while, so I called up my buddy who's gonna play there and told him he owes me a beer for renting my stage. He thinks I'm crazy cuz he hasn't seen the stage yet, but it should be awesome because he likes to think he's far more popular than I am.

I'm down Tony. You might get some of the questionable posters smacked in person by their "fanclub" but hey... what happens in Vegas.

Y'all know I'm down. Or, more accurately, zen, EE, Sofa King, eckoner.

Probably should keep it on the d/l though, some people might crash our pickup games.

Vegas sounds like a great idea. Is Kupcake going to comp a suite for us or what?

And is is this going to be 21 and over or are we going to meet up in circus circus

Im serious Miles , it would be Sick .

Even if guys arent 21 yet , we can always chill and then the guys that are over 21 we can roll out at night and party .
Who cares if your not 21 , I mean you dont have to be 21 to chill at the pool and have a few drinks .
I would say over 18 at least .

Come on Mang . go and vote on the vegas thread , and then if we get an idea what month works out for everyone , then if its cool with you guys we can make it Sticky until that weekend .
I can post the infos of the Hotels etc , and also peps that might change their minds can also post on there too.

What's goodie here homies?

Abs are a pain in the ass to get. Especially lower abs.

So I'm gonna start doing the Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt) from Fight Club Workout from I Want Six Pack Abs on Monday.

That means I gotta stop my powerlifting and power workout program and do that program instead.

Well this better not mess up sprinting. If anything, I hope this improves my sprinting and gives me a break from the heavy weights and low reps I've been lifting for a while now.

Anyway, for anyone else that's interested, here's the page that saved my life in September! This is the reason I'm on track now and I'm damn good at it (even though my 200 meter time is a 13-13.5 -_-)

http://www.mensworkoutguide.com/home.html

Peep the 12-week workout. That's what I'm gonna be on.
