Gasol and the lack of defense from Camby won the game, why the hell are you guys defending Kobe if only one person was talking crap about him and he got a warning already?

Kobe gets the cheers and interview. Nice disrespect to Gasol.

why the **** are they interviewing Kobe?..

this is such bull..he stat padded in the 4th when the game was pretty much over, against a team that gave up and don't play D..he shot terribly..god damn..I guess scoring overshadows EVERYTHING..

the overhyping of Kobe Bryant..it's so great..

Kobe had some help with his 32. I don't think there is any team that can beat the Lakers and the refs in any 4th quarter...

Agreed, I wasn't impressed with his performance today in the slightest.

Generally he's been great at sharing the ball this season, but it became pretty obvious that he was going to show the Nuggets they couldn't slow him down, team play be damned. I was much more pleased by how we played in the third quarter while he was on the bench.

Oh well -- Denver made a strategic gambit by putting Martin on him and hoping LA couldn't exploit the resulting mismatches. Now what do they do.

It's truly amazing... Gasol and Odom put on a clinic but they interview Kobe.

Most likely because he's the biggest name in the game and the captain for the winning team.

Obviously Gasol was the player of the game today, but Kobe is still the face of the franchise.

I could never say that about KG. Even though he is a great player. In some way even in his prime he is Joakim Noah with a jump shot and a little better post game. Outside of that they have the exact same skill set.

they interviewed lebron yesterday after his crappy half
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

hopefully nene plays in game 2.

camby doesn't deserve minutes if he plays like that. and carter deserves no minutes even if he plays the best game of his career. they certainly submarined the team in this one.

They didn't interview Manu when he hit the go-ahead winner yesterday. Is that huge disrespect?

I've actually never heard of people using interviews to diss Kobe, I think this is a first one.

Kobe played like crap but LO set the table for everyone. The team actually looked it's best with Kobe on the bench but I'm sure he'll bounce back

I obviously realize that..

it's a SEVEN GAME SERIES though..Kobe is obviously going to have a huge game at some point..this isn't the only interview..they could have interviewed the best player today, which was Gasol..and then interviewed Kobe in another Lakers win, where he has a great game..he's not going to shoot 9-26 every game..

Manu? why would they interview Manu? Duncan had 40, 15, 5 and 3, including the most memorable shot of the game that sent the game into double OT..

It's funny how Kobe can play like crap and the Lakers can still beat the Nuggets by double-digits (when they get 30 points each from AI and Melo).
