It has nothing to do with the fact that the Nuggets idea of offense is watching Anthony and Iverson take turns going 1 on 5 and sometimes driving and dishing.

Lakers are definitely an elite team. But my goodness. Denver can't do better than this? Even as a true 8th seed you would figure that you can get blown out in 3 straight playoff games. Unfortunately for the Nuggets, Karl's gameplan is to try to outscore the other team.. He doesn't enforce playing defense as a priority.. Switch Karl with Larry Brown and you have a title contender..

The Nuggets shouldn't be THAT attrocious on defense.. Outside of Melo, AI and probably JR the team has some good individual defenders..
