Lamar Odom, and Gasol are way too much for Utah's softies inside. Kobe will outdo anything Deron does. I don't see how any Utah fans can think they have a chance to win even one.

It took me awhile because I was busy watching the Kobe fest on TV. Did you catch any of it?

Yeah, I did, actually. Are you watching on a delay, because it was over before any of that happened.

So, you can't decide if we're big bad bruiser meanies or soft. Which is it?

Wait... let me guess. Both, right?

Turnovers and poor shooting are what is killing the Jazz. We shot an abismal 28% in the second quarter, compared to the Lakers 56%.

^Other than Kobe Lakers have been bricking open shots. But Utah definitely turned the ball over too much with horrible passes.

Boozer is a terrible ball handler and one of the worst outlet passers in the league, unfortunately. BOOZ happened.

That's the gist of it, yeah. You guys got a lot of open court looks off of careless turnovers. You certainly can't expect to beat LA making mistakes like that.

Boozer is a jumpshooter, and Deron Williams is overrated. Chris Paul wouldn't take this.

Hopefully the rest of the lakers can step up and we get a complete effort for the rest of the way. Kobe needs to still be aggressive and let's try and end this game before the fourth. Leave a bad taste in their mouth before game 2.

Jazz are only down 13 because of two things:

1) 14 offensive rebounds in the first half (Which is actually phenomenal)

2) Lakers players outside of Kobe are 12/32 on basically NOTHING but open jumpers and layups.

Turiaf pissed me off with that miss of the layup off the the Kobe pass.

Lay off Lamar... I know for a fact that he's seventy-five times more intelligent than Kevin Garnett, who still doesn't know he only won Defensive Player of the Year.

Now hold on, you may be right about Boozer, But Deron is cold as hell, I'd honestly take that dude over Chris Paul any damn day. To be averaging that numbers that he has in a structured system where the ball isn't in his hands 90% of the time like chris paul, and his good man to man defense, I'd take that dude anyday.

CB4MiamiHeat wrote:anyone notice how Fisher has turned into a shutdown defender in the playoff? Guy was horrible defensively in the regular season

I wouldn't go that far as to say a shut down defender. But he does give good effort and never quits on plays. He also has active hands to knock balls away from other players.
