Garnett doesn't do enough esp. end of games when it's close. I definitely don't see the Celtics winning it anymore, doc rivers is probably a big reason why. Like the Heat 3 seasons ago, they don't have a large window to win it before they get too old.

I agree, even if the Celts do win tommorrow I don't see them winning the title. They just don't look like championship material.

Atlanta does have their work cut out for them, though. They've been handily beaten in Boston 3x now. I think Boston will win but I am rooting for Atlanta to pull off this huge upset.

This would be worse than the Nuggets beating the Sonics in 1994. Everyone remembers that image of Dikembe Mutombo lying on the ground hoisting up the ball with that huge smile on his face.

It would even be worse than the Warriors beating the Mavs last year.

Or if the Celtics do win it could do for them what the Bulls series did for us.

I fear all the Atlanta Hawks have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

Hedo Terkoglu should be stripped of his MIP award. He's embarrassing SVG out their with his weak layup attempts.

CP3 is so good, it's making Knicks' fans come out of their closets:

I hate the knicks, i really do but lets be nice to at least their fans. They have had to endure this season times 10. We have hope, they don't. It would be good for them to get a playing like cp3 (not from the draft this year tho) just so we can get the ol' rivals back.

Anyway, i can't believe how bad the spurs are sucking right now but it reminds me a bit out our finals series (the 0-2 part anyway  )

Ilgauskas is single-handedly taking down the big three, and in doing so, improving Roy Hibbert's draft stock.

That's an interesting way to put it, but I'd have to say Big Z will always be better than Hibbert.

So this is the same Paul Pierce some Boston trolls were talking about during the season that would take this d-league team to more wins than Wade?

Yeah, I'm not impressed. Wade > Pierce, it's not even close.

Pierce needs to get slapped and wake the **** up. Actually, the entire Boston team needs to. Only one playing hard is our man Posey.

Don't forget about PJ Brown. He was hitting those line drive jumpers and took that one charge against LeBron. Bring them back Riley.

What's so funny is that an unhealthy Wade still averaged 24 and 7. All the critics were harping on him for not being the same player, but at the end of the day he's still a much better player than Pierce.

The Magic are never going to get past the 2nd round if they don't get a better PG. Nelson is a good backup pg option, but not a starting caliber pg on a team trying to compete for a ring.

In Orlando's "Gone Fishin'" pic, Stan Van Gundy is wearing a Ron Jeremy T-Shirt

To bad there paying (Please Use More Appropriate Word) Lewis 125 million. Think of how much better they would be if they saved the money, Resigned Darko and this year Sent the max at Gilbert. S&T Josh Childress for Nelson.

C-D.Howard
PF-Darko
SF-Hedo
SG-Childeress
PG-Gilbert Arenas

Now that team would be great.
