Biased how? He was gushing over both teams when they made a good play and he was getting on both teams when they made dumb mistakes.

I almost had a heart attack on that last possesion. Lakers completely lost there focus on defense. All game i was telling some friends of mine, there is no reason to double team anyone on there team. Make them prove they deserve a double. The Lakers were doing just that and then they started doubling for no reason and leaving Okur and Kirilenko wide open.

Big time. This is a satisfying win, largely because of the quality of the opponent.

Still think Chris Paul is just a hair better than Deron Williams, but you're talking about 1A and 1B. That's a hell of player to build a team around. Too bad we've only got another decade to deal with both of them.

I would make a case that Deron is a better scoring PG than Paul. But Paul is an excellent scorer and passer.. so its apples vs. apples. Props to the Jazz for a great series.

I don't think they are better without boozer, but they are better without both Boozer and Okur at the same time....

First off, congrats to the lakers. Kobe is finally giving off the real MJ vibe, and has played absolutely amazing. Good luck against the Spurs.

If only we could dump Boozer's sorry ass for a decent center this offseason then maybe we'll give you an even better fight next year.

Congrats Lakers fans! Hell of a series. Best in the playoffs so far.
You guys deserved it. Good luck in the WCF.
I hope the Jazz trade Boozer for anything. No heart ****.
I'd rather have Millsap playing 35 minutes a game. Whatever we lose on offense, we win on everything else.

And to the idiot talking about the Jazz choking...the only team choking in the fourth was the Lakers. The Jazz didn't lose, they just ran out of time. Thank God.

Impressive by LA. You gotta expect a Jazz run. No fault there. Thats a team fighting for their life. But the way the Lakers came out in the first half was not short of championship mettle. For such a young team to show that type of killer instinct is just flat out impressive.

Gratz to the Lakers. WCF. They'll be favored regardless of who they face in the WCF. And they should be. They can beat either of those teams. Although it'll probably be a tougher series against SA. NO would probably go more the way the Jazz series went.

Glad we could at least make you work for it ;) See you next year!
Jazz are a hell of a team, I knew they would make a serious run Sloan wouldn't have it any other way. I fully expect to meet up again next playoffs.

Props to the Jazz fans during our two weeks together it was fun.

Jazz nearly send game to overtime

Deron Williams can't prolong the Jazz's season with a last-second fling.

West is still >>> Boozer so I am not counting on that easily. Although Odom can still take him.

Who was the Utah fan that claimed the Jazz would never lose an elimination game at home to the Lakers?

We have to address the situation with interior defense.
Boozer was exposed in this series :(

LA impressed me with how they always started games. Always ready to jump into the mix. And never panicked.

how amazing was that Kobe shot off the backboard! Dang.

Too bad for Utah but they had a cpl of good looks....I thought Korver should have taken the 3 instead of dishing to Okur.

Congrats to Lakers...been a while since they were in the WCF! Hopefully we'll get a repeat of 04 Finals!

Seriously, lol. I thought that had ended it too. A dagger 3, and then a crazy 3 point play like that to push the lead out to 13.. Amazing that the Jazz were able to come back after that -- thought that must've been pretty demoralizing.

The Hornets will be a tough out. CP3 is incredible. Just gotta make sure everyone else doesn't get off.
