I know Kobe did all the heavy lifting down the stretch, but damn, if Lamar was standing within 15 feet of me right now I'd tackle him and plant a big one on him. Those free throws -- not exactly his strength -- were so, so huge. Way to man up and knock 'em down, LO.

few things i wanna point out..wonderful game by kobe...that one shot where he got the and 1 and banked it in...my god, and his swagger after that was greatness..

I didnt like our defense at the end at all, no way we can let a 16 pt lead go away like that..

Big ups to Gasol, coming out rebounding like a man possessed...something he hasant done much off...

and HUGE HUGE free throws by odom...we knew kobe was gonna make his...but odom making both..props.

one more thing...i am disgusted at these jazz fans throwing sht at our side..

Yeah those free throws by Odom were HUGE. I was just hoping for one, and then he was able to swish both. Odom's been clutch this series. Was always a little worried that he'd continue to be fairly unclutch in the playoffs and that would come to hurt us, but he's just been awesome.

Pau was great on the boards in the first half.. 2nd half? ..Not so much. Not 1 rebound in the 4th. 2 rebounds for the entire second half..

(some of) The Jazz fans throwing stuff at our bench is what would've made me incredibly upset abotu losing this game. Would've been disgusting for me to see those disgusting fans rewarded with a win (Note: the one's who were throwing stuff).

I have to say, the Jazz were a great test for us. We were able to win on one of the toughest floors in the league and against one of the best offensive teams in the league. We won't face this of an efficient offense the rest of the way, so hopefully our defense will be up for the rest of the playoffs.

Odom's clutch three the last game and his clutch free throws this game...huge - HUGE!

the guy has turned the corner. He's a soldier now.

Your that guy that made the "classy fans" thread.

LOL

Yeah, and???

At least I don't got hoping on other team's banwagons just to see the team that owns you lose. You're pathetic.

BTW, I've been under the impression that giving props to the team that just beat you was "classy".

Yeah, thank god Lamar ended up making it not matter by hitting those free throws. I would've been pissed at the refs otherwise.

WCF baby!

Kobe closed it out the way an MVP should. Jazz fought until the end, so props to them for not giving up.

Hopefully we'll face the Hornets next, and thankfully we'll have some time off to nurse our injuries.

One more piece in the fold next series with Trev healthy. We'll have our master lock back.

Listen man just get out of here. I don't need to prove that I'm a Laker fan, just know that I am.

I knew we were gonna blew this lead, I knew it !

But we won and that's good.

The rebounding is what kills me every game !
Why doesn't Phil play Mihm a bit ? We're in the WCF already, and guys like Newble, Mihm haven't received any minutes yet. That's funny. Being paid well and sitting 9 of 10 games on the bench is good.
