What time is the draft on Thursday. I might end up missing it for volleyball at 6:00.

Is that right, Luke? A one-hour pre-draft show? I'm having a party and told everyone the draft started at 6. I assumed it was a few minutes of pre-draft stuff and then the draft. But it definitely starts at 7 CT?

Yep.

They have the countdown on there, 3 days, 2 hours, 26 minutes, which would be 7 PM C. The Bucks Draft Show on FSN also starts at 6:30 PM.

The pre-draft show on ESPN was an hour before the draft last year as well.

That's good to know. Thanks. I forgot about last year's show. I think I was still too bummed that the Bucks missed out on Horford. :)

This clues that have been given in the last few hours still muddy the water, although if I read his latest I get the sense that there will be a pick at #8 and a draft night trade?

I'll go with Alexander at 8 and a trade of Redd for Josh Howard/something else.

Just read this from Chad Ford : The Los Angeles Clippers are working the phones, trying to move up. Ditto for the Milwaukee Bucks.

I think we send CV/Dez/#8 to Memphis for #5+Cardinal+Lowry. Draft Love with the FIF pick. Is that a viable trade.. does it check out? I have a feeling if Memphis feels Lopez is available at #8 they'd pull the plug.

Then perhaps the Josh Howard for Redd deal.

Ford was just on Sports Center. Nothing real new other than:

a) Miami will most likely take Beasley but trade him
b) Mayo appears to be a lock at #3 but the world is trying to trade with Minny for that pick and Minny is listening
c) Memphis is exploring either moving up to get Beasley or trading out of the 5-spot for salary relief. Ford "speculated" that Memphis could offer Conley and #5 and most likely get the deal done for #2 if they wanted. But I think that was just him thinking out loud.

Now Chris Broussard is on Sports Center.
a) Still talking about TJ/Diaw deal rumor
b) Barbosa to Portland for 13 deal rumor
c) His source said no traction on TJ for Jermaine O'Neal talks. Said JO makes no sense because Raptors have Bosh and Bargs.

I'm guessing you are referring to the Beasley report?

Who knows. He didn't say anything other than Memphis is thinking about it. I'd like us to toss our hat into the ring there.

We've heard for weeks the team would like to move up. Nobody seems to know what they'd be willing to offer and to whom.

Not trading for O'Neal because they have Bargs is hilarious. Not saying they should trade for O'Neal but they can come up with something better than "we have Bargs." We don't want his contract, he's too injury prone etc.

Bargnani.

aaprigs311 ???

We are not drafting anyone because we are trading our pick and we are not trading for draft pick?

We are trading our pick together with player(s) for veteran help?

I am pretty sure that is it. Someone told me that he "never seen us so uninterested in a draft pick before." I'd bet good money we won't be picking at 8.

The real problem is Bosh...he's holding Bargs down. Bosh to Cleveland for Wally's expiring deal.
