Its good to have players that can just play the game. I think Bayless can play the game, and play it well, and has the potential to play it VERY well. Whether he is a 1 or a 2 man, who knows, who cares, he is a player.
Not sure how you feel about JA at all, hell I'm not even sure how I feel about him, I just know that when I was evaluating Bayless, I was much more interested in how talented he was than where exactly he would play in the pros.
Bayless has terrific scoring potential. No question about it. Like I said, I was tempted by him and would've been fine if the Bucks drafted him. But I think he comes with serious questions about how his game will play out at the NBA level. I don't see any fewer questions with him than I do Alexander. I wasn't 100% sold on Bayless. If I was, I would've pushed harder for the Bucks to take him. Ultimately, I think he and Lopez are just as big of question marks as Alexander and it's possible none of them are anything better than decent NBA players. I think that was the reality of the 8th pick in this year's draft.
I'm still getting nothing on NBA.com. Is anybody getting anything?
