Official Yahoo Fantasy League

Hey guys I have it set up.

So there will be 20 teams, I decided we should let as many people as possible, however you must commit. The one's who were in the league last year will get first dibs, they already were sent an email. If there is a lack of interest then of course we will cut down on people.

Some different rules this year... I decided to make use of the waiver rankings. Players dropped and not picked up in the draft will be on waivers for 1 day, and those who put a claim on him during that time, and has the highest ranking will get said player. After that day and he is not picked up he's free game. The ranking will be set to whoever gets last pick in the draft will get top waiver ranking... and it goes from there.

For trades, people will have time to reject them for 1 day, after that it's done.

The scoring system I have here is G, A, +/-, PIM, PPP, SHP, GWG, W, GA, SV, SHO. I figure saves and goals against are easier to keep track of than GAA and SV%... it's more fun that way.

The positions are C, C, LW, LW, RW, RW, D, D, D, UTL, BN, BN, BN, IR, IR, G G

I know the talent pool might be shriveled up with this... I'll consider taking out some positions.

At the moment, I have the draft on Sunday September 28th at 9pm. This is subject to change, I just had to pick a date to start with. Let me know how you guys are with this time and if most people can't make it then it will be changed.

I'm in, although I'd still prefer a smaller number of teams and slightly larger rosters. In three seasons, at least a third of the league was dead every year after a month or two.

Hey guys, I'm just letting people who were in the league last year to join up first before i start letting new people in.

If you were in the league last year and are on the "First Dibs" list let me know cause I don't necessarily remember exactly who was on or not. I just sent an email to those in the league last year so I expect them to be in it

As reigning top seed all season last year, I've already re-signed up. I'm Gary Bettman Jr. this time around. I'm disappointed about finishing 3rd after such a dominating regular season.

I hope I can make the playoffs this year for a shot to re-deem myself.

Should be fun!
