maybe he complains to the ref sometimes but hes hardly a pansy.

Lol at the guys in bold. I watched Matt Bradley in Pittsburgh during the depression year and he is not tough at all.

Ben Eager is a coward. He elbowed Georges Laraque in a game last year, Laraque went after him and he turtled. And then when he went back to the bench started talking smack then Gary Roberts went on to beat the living crap out of him. I don't call that tough.

You mean "you're," right?

What point are you trying to make, exactly? I actually like Lucic - I'd love to have him on the Habs. Doesn't change the fact that he's a pansy, though. He's lucky Komisarek didn't beat the piss out of him last season.

If you visit the Habs message board you'll see that there's actually a ton of Ryder fans, so I don't know what you're trying to say, exactly.

Bradley can definitely hold his own in fights. He isnt a heavyweight or one of the best fighters at his size, but he can certainly hold his own. Just because Eager pulled some cheap shot off and then got beat up by Roberts doesnt mean hes not tough. If you've followed his career in junior and the minors youd know hes one tough SOB. After getting in that fight with Roberts he followed it up by fighting two of the tougher guys in the league in Stortini or Parros( he has wins over both Colton Orr and Zach Stortini in his career)

This isnt a debate of if a player pulls off cheap shots or plays dirty, its about Milan Lucic having fought some tough guys in his first season and he definitely did.

What are you the spelling police now?

You can slice it any way you want (hab fan) but a rookie who fights 13 times in his rookie year and wins a vast majority of them isnt a pansy. You could look at almost any toughguy in the league and pull out numerous times where they did something dirty (its very common).

Its simple, most habs fans dislike Lucic alot and most of the fanbase thinks Ryder is horrible. Im sure he has some fans, that doesnt change the fact most of the fanbase thinks he sucks.

Because he does suck, everyone is Boston will be saying it too once they have a year with him. He's frustrating as hell to watch. You didn't watch every game the kid's played since he's been in the NHL like I and most other Habs fans have - there's a reason why we say he sucks.

Most Boston fans dislike Kovalev, Plekanec, Price, etc. Every fan hates players of rival teams - I don't know why you're trying to make Montreal fans out to be jack asses when every team does it.

Anyways, as all the Boston fans on here have already stated, I obviously hate everything about Boston. Boston sucks. I go out of my way to trash the city of Boston and everything in it. Boston sucks.

Habs fans, I am not going to argue with you on ryder, I do not know much about him at all. I actually asked your oppinion on him, when he was signed.

But, come on, Lucic complaining to refs makes him a pansy? That means 75% of the NHL players are pansy's then too. Everyone complains to the refs.

Yep by his logic, I guess that makes Crosby the biggest pansy in the entire league seeing all he ever does it bitch and complain to the refs.

Sidney Crosby really bugs me to be honest with his constant whining to the refs. He's got to realize that he is going to be targeted being the best player in the NHL, and just because he is the best doesn't mean he'll get treated any differently than other players (though, no one can argue that stars get more calls than everyone else in the league). I was however happy to see him take it into his own hands and win his first ever fight.

As for the whole Lucic, Ryder crap... I don't like Lucic... he really frustrated me last year in the playoffs vs. the Habs. Does that mean I don't think he's a good player? Not in the least! I just don't like him when he plays against us, but I would love to have him on the Habs roster. As for Ryder like I mentioned earlier... he's a goal scorer who hurts you on defense, and will most likely end up somewhere around -13 this season. He needs to be set up and put in a good scoring opportunity to score usually. Because once he gets the puck he stops skating... and that always frustrated me. He'll be a good fit in Boston, because they lack scoring, but he just didnt have a place on the Habs anymore. I like Ryder, I just didnt like his lack of discipline, lack of D, and lack of heart. He's a little too one dimensional.

Meh, I could care less when you guys say, bruins suck, lucic sucks, ryder sucks. Thats like me saying "yankees suck." It means nothing, it is a chant. Because you dislike the other team.

But when you leave the bruins out of the playoff picture, or you try to explain your logic on why lucic is a pansy, but others aren't.. it just doesn't make sense.

Wow.. Would you let it go already. I already appoligized twice in that thread.

For those who are confused, the celtics board sees sh00n as a boston hater. So I and another celtics board poster called him out on it in a nfl thread. He claimed he wasn't, so I apologized. But he just won't let it go for some reason...

No, it wasn't directed at you.

Just trying to point it out, that I could care less when people trash talk the B's. Heck, every radio station in BOSTON does it anyway.

Traded to Atlanta:

The Anaheim Ducks have traded Mathieu Schneider to the Atlanta Thrashers in exchange for Ken Klee, Brad Larsen and Chad Painchaud.

Yup, just saw this and came to see if anyone else had mentioned it yet. I feel bad for Schneider... talk about a lowball move by Burke sending him to Atlanta...

Now comes the Teemu signing. Ducks look real strong this year and will be one of the best teams in the West.

They aren't saying Montreal fans in general are jack asses, they are saying that you, specifically, are a jack ass. Given that you are trying to argue a 205 pound 19 year-old who fought 13 times and won the vast majority is somehow a pansy because he complains to the refs (like every other player in the NHL), I think they probably have a point.

It's not the complaining that bugs me, it's the fact that he'll complain then do the exact same thing.

What a pansy.

^lol.

He wasn't working well with Savard. This was shown in preseason too. I don't know why Julien took so long to make a move, because when he finally did make one, he put him on the Krecji/Wheeler line, and he has 7 goals, 3 assists in 8 games.
