Defensive rotations still need work.
Anderson was unimpressive but was were he was supposed to be on both O and D.
SWAT had his moments but had a short stretch where he reverted back to making boneheaded decisions: trying to take a charge when he should have gone for the block, making a couple of dumb fouls being overagressive when he didn't need to be.... Still his effort level was very high. Once the game starts to slow down for him and he recognizes some situations better he will start to come into his own.
Gill is a nothing, don't read into the stats.
Boone looked good all around aside from his one attempt at a post move, but he wisely passed it back out instead of throwing up a brick.
The dribble-drive offense is perfect for this team. It highlights the slashing ability of Harris and CDR while simultaneously creating open jumpers for the big men (Lopez and Yi should love it). It could possibly hinder the development of our young big's post game but I get the feeling Yi is being groomed as a face up PF anyway.
Simmons is solid.
The team still needs work with this offense because they are missing some open passes into the post area.
CDR may just be my favorite Net by the end of this season (or the beginning). He got genuinely excited over a foul shot that his teammate made in a pre-season game. He gave probably the most effort on both sides of any player on the floor. Definitely has confidence in his ability. The comment from Ainge about CDR not being able to play NBA D seems to be way way off base. He has probably the strangest style I have seen in a while, bringing herky-jerky to a whole new level. His mid range game will make him at least a good player in this league.
boone looked nice with the rebounds, idont know if im the only one, but boone is a beast in rebounding, plus dosnt make a lota of mistakes
he had that nice putback, that was key in the game...
