Re: Community Thread VIII
Oh boy haha.
On another note, Tony (or anyone else with an idea) due most GPSs used in vehicles tell the vehicles speed? Or is it rare to find one that tells the speed?
I've been looking at different kinds online but most of them don't say anything about displaying speed.

I think most GPS show the true speed of the vehicle. I use the Garmin Nuvi and it does.

Re: Community Thread VIII
Sweet, thanks j-far!
I'm looking into getting one, because currently my car's speedometer doesn't work. My dad took it in somewhere and they said it wasn't the cable but something was up in the transmission box. My friend and I are probably going to take a look at it during Christmas break to make sure they weren't bullshitting.
So, I was just looking picking up a decent GPS on Boxing Day, haha.

Tony, the car is a 1989 Toyota MR2 Supercharged. It's not here with me right now, though. It's back in Grande Prairie and I won't get to take a look at it until around Christmas. I appreciate your help!

For sure, Tony. I'll give you a shout around then.
So, how's everyone else doing? Where's SB at? Haven't seen him around here in what seems like ages, lol.

Kings are surprisingly good under the new head coach. League's fewest opponent shots per game, and they are exciting to watch. 4 game win streak right now.
I'd like thank Phil's Wings for having too many good defenseman and allowing us to absolutely steal Kyle Quincey who is starting his 2nd year in the league on fire with us.

CRAP
I promised to attend a bday party (lots of chicks too)...but the Lakers are playing Detroit tomorrow!!! And I can't wait to see Kwame against all his friends!
This is a fairly close friend, and I would be letting him down if I didn't go. And perhaps my penis.
This is a serious dilemma for me. What should I do?

That's good to hear, DD. I've been trying to catch the Kings when they're on tv, but that's not very often. Happy they play the Oilers/Flames later this month; I can check those games out.
Miles, as much as I love the Lakers - I'd go to that party.
We're all here to give you a recap when you get back, haha.

DVR the game, avoid letting your friend and your penis down, then go home and watch the game a little late.
