WTF? I checked this page most of the day and then had to do a bunch of things after work. I'm walking past the Scotiabank theatre and BOOM I see a 6'7 black guy with tears in his eyes. I ask him what's wrong... and low and behold it's Slumdog Millionaire; the movie totally got to the guy. "I thought you were Sam Mitchell," I said. "Sh--, that's racist man," he replied. After an awkward moment we parted ways and then he turned with a smile on his face and said, "You'll be happy to know that he got fired though!" I asked him to do a Sam Mitchell impression and he again just looked at me awkwardly. "I guess that was kind of uncalled for too," I said. And then quickly ran back home on here to tell you all that I almost saw Sam Mitchell on the day he was fired!

I know. It's awful. I always mistake people. I once had a few too many pints and thought I saw Jack Armstrong. I went over to shake his hand and my neighbor came out asking what I was doing. Turns out I was talking to a wee garden gnome.

^^indeed, thank you. I like Sam and wish him well. Hopefully he contemplates on his weaknesses and comes back a better and wiser coach. I can't believe he held on to his job so long. I can't wait to see what a new coach will do with the team. Even if he's not really new.
