Tim Legler just said Wittman should be on the hotseat

Post#1 » by Calinks » Thu Dec 4, 2008 5:43 am

He said we have Al Jefferson, like 3 top ten picks in the last three years and have done nothing. He said that there are nights where our team just doesn't compete and coaches should be held responsible for that. He felt that even though we are Minnesota we should be improving better than what we are.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

I think what he means is that we should suck considering the upper management and owner but shouldn't be this bad.

Firing a coach is just putting a band-aid on an infection. We need to have a front office change. Do it now. Bring in a young good mind ala what Portland did. Even what OKC did. Let him pick his coach. Do it now and have the rest of the season to evaluate our situation.

Make the Iron ranger a "consultant" he is good with the media and locals. but he should not have more than a whisper on actual say.

What a great line! I hope you don't mind, but I'm repeating that one.

^^^No thanks. Go read the Raptors board and see what they thought of him. Seems like their version of Wittman.

He looks sharp in that suit, though.

I'd rather go after someone like Tom Thibodeaux.

yes, you can use the line.

Mullin is an interesting idea. How much of GSW is nelly ball, or Mullin during moves? We need vision.
