Warriors:

C - Wilt Chamberlin
PF - Chris Mullin
SF - Rick Barry
SG - Mitch Richmond
PG - Tim Hardaway

It'd be an odd lineup, especially with Mullin (normally a SF) at PF and Barry (normally a SG) at SF, but basically it would be built around Wilt down low with Mullin/Barry bombing from outside and Hardaway/Richmond handling the ball.

Are we assuming that they're playing for the team in their primes, or in the condition they actually were?

Phoenix Suns, if they're all in their prime

PG-Kevin Johnson / Steve Nash / Jason Kidd
SG-Penny Hardaway / Walter Davis / Paul Westphal
SF-Grant Hill / Connie Hawkins/ Dan Majerle
PF-Charles Barkley / Shawn Marion / Tom Chambers
C-Shaquille O'Neal / Amare Stoudemire / Alvan Adams

That is an absolutely wicked starting lineup, and the bench isn't too shabby either.

sigh, yeah too bad we never got the full effect of them

Sabonis could have been one of the top centers ever if the cold war hadn't prevented his coming over
Walton's injuries
Sheeds attitude
And when we had Kemp he was fat and past his prime
