I don't no if it is possible but John Salmons is the type player that the Lakers' need on their team, he is uber quick and can finish at the rim, not to mention he can hit his free throws once he gets their. It would be nice to floor a team of Salmons, Kobe, Bynum, Gasol and Ariza in tough situations. Even Kobe at the three.

The Kings do have Kevin Martin on IR, and Salmons is playing well in limited minutes as his replacement. The also have Garica, Urich, Douby, Greene, B Jackson and B Brown at the 2 and the three. So maybe w/ a sweet offer the Lakers could land him.

Something like B Miller and Salmons for Odom Farmar and Mihm.

Lakers' get a great passer and vet Centre in Miller and a very fine quick gurad in Salmons w/ abilty to dribble to the hoop and score putting pressure on the defense. The Kings get 13.5 million in expiring salary in Odom and Mihm, and get out from under B Millers' with one year remaining after this one at 12 million. They also get Farmar who has showed signs of becoming a decent guard in this league.

I've been looking around the league for a fair trade for both my Lakers and their trading partner.

Does Reggie Evans for Vladimir Radmanovic fit the bill?

Evans isn't play much (only 10mpg) and currently the 76ers are the 2nd or 3rd worst longball shooting team in the league. Radmanovic has a VERY similar contract (even years are the same) and he's hitting the trey at a 48% clip. He can also play some four in a smaller line-up. He and Brand seemed to work great together in the playoffs when Vlad had his short stint with the Clippers.

The Lakers need a dirty, scrappy player who doesn't back down. Evans is a favorite of mine for those reasons.

Seem plausible? I'm not too sure about the availability of Evans, but it seems he isn't being used.

Wondering if you guys would consider some type of a Richard Jefferson/Charlie Bell for Lamar Odom/Sasha Vujacic type swap.

Something like Luke and Odom for Wallace and Matt Carroll would be good. We get Carroll a good shooter w/ a descending salary that starts at 5 mill a year a goes down to 3.5.

Bobcats get rid of the long deal to Wallace and acquire Lamar who Brown loves, and the Lakers get their dribble drive guy that can finish which they need big time in a grinder series w/ the Celtics.

I was just looking at G Wallace's game logs and his free throw numbers are impressive getting to the line 14 times in 2 or 3 games this year.

I also liked the RJ deal w/ him and Odom maybe W/ Ty lue in their and maybe luke to go to Milw.....

Milw clears the space w/ ODom and Lakers get a ft get to the line guy who has a nice mid range jumper....

Hmm Bell is on pace for the official worst offensive production for a season right? I agree we would love Jefferson

Adelman would probably like the idea of adding a young Bibby and a present day Peja in Farmar and Radman. If we get Battier, we have a shot at the title.

I wouldn't get rid of Ariza right now, period. He's been a difference maker in too many close games and we can't afford losing his energy spark off the bench. Sasha on the other hand — I'd trade his girly, crying clown-ass and his beautiful stroke in a heartbeat. I'm so so so so sick of watching him cry to the refs after every stupid foul he commits. Buck up or ship out.

I love the Wizards trade, Tesla. That'd definitely put us over the edge. I would absolutely love to get Butler back.

Odom for disgruntled Sheed, anyone? He matches up well with KG and is currently disgruntled and maybe on the block, per the wiretap.

Pavlovic is another player I'd love to see in a Lakers uniform, if the right trade could me made.

I've been saying that for a long long long time.

It was exactly the first move I made in my video game. :clown:

In all seriousness, I think he would fit the Triangle Offense well.

Like Odom, he's a team player.

But... I'm not sure the Pistons are ready to let him go yet.

Farmar, Radman, Chris Mihm, Sasha = Andre Miller, Reggie Evans, Kareem Rush

Give me your thoughts.

The only two reasons for why I suggested trading Odom for Sheed are A) the wiretap said they're shopping him for the first time so they might actually consider it, and B) we could use him specifically to guard KG in the potential re-match. Otherwise that trade never happens. It could still be a stupid move long term. Odom will probably re-sign for less. Sheed won't.

They can both be emotional at times, but Sheed brings great post defense and already is a polished 3pt shooter.

He's a very skilled overall player that would have a similar effect to our team as Gasol had last season.

And yes, that means we might have to trade our prized pup for a talented/disgruntled swingman after the Sheed trade.

Good day.

Rashweed is nearing the end of his career, he has a nice post up game but don't like to post up, he likes jacking threes from the outside instead of working down low. His defence at this point is also on the downside, he is slow and can't jump much anymore. That being said he be nice addition to the bench.

If the Lakers' are gonna run an Ariza and vlad/luke platoon all year and not upgrading at the three, I think they look elsewhere.

How about this: Odom, Sasha, Farmar and Mihm to Sac town for B Miller, J Salmons and Bobby Jackson.

Kings: Urich, Martin, Moore, Odom, Garica: bench of Sasha, Farmar, Mihm, K Thomas, J Thompson, D greene, S Hawes

Lakers' Salmons, Kobe, Bynum, Gasol, Ariza. Bench of Fish, B JAckson, Miller, Vlad, Luke, Powell, Benga
