When it said his name was Tim Carr I thought it meant Tim Couch. But maybe that is because of David Carr. I got confused for a while and realized this is probably just some senior project at a state university that will never even make it to the 1$ bin at the car wash. I dunno, I didn't read much further.

I heard the finished product didn't meet expectations so it will take 3 years before it's released.
