A little disappointed with the defense; I hope it was just the absence of Strahan, Robinson, Madison, and McQuarters.

Oh man, our defense STINKS! I was so discouraged by this game. I didn't even like our first unit offense... I'm starting to think Eli is what he is... a better than average QB who's only a shell of his brother. While there's nothing inherently wrong with that, we gave up far too much for him. It's always two steps forward, two steps back with him. I also have this sneaking suspicion that Droughns might get more carries this season. I think he might be better as our everyday back, while Jacobs gets the goal-line/short yardage carries. I think one bright spot was Wright. He looked much better than I remembered. Keep him as our second/third stringer and get rid of Tim Hasselbeck... Tim's hairstyle really disturbs me as well. But our defense, oy...

Eli always teases us in the begining of the year, then looks like a Cooper Manning in the second half of the year

Eli looked sharp against a tough Baltimore Defense... is this a sign of good things to come?

Is it me or does Jennings look a lot skinnier this year?? Sucks that he's out for the season. ='(

Madison with a hamstring strain, I hope it's not serious

Smith with a concusion, the kid looked good.

Demps hurt his shoulder, damn all this in like a 4 minute span X_X

Anyways, the defense looks A LOT better than the first game, hopefully they get better and sharper next week and so on.

Eli is having a good game, CBS showed a split of his first 8 games he does well but then the last 8 games he tails off ... hopefully he builds up consistency this year because I actually happen to like Eli and think if he can fix his aiming then he'll be an elite QB.

agree 100%. but what tiki said during halftime was very intresting.... (talked about how eli hasn't shown yet that he can be a leader and he's not sure if he can ever do it.)

i defintely think tiki not being there will HELP eli with that. and if NYG will ever go anywhere, it's because eli reaches a "elite" status.

pretty good game by the giants. I was impressed by eli. hopefully he has a more consistent season this year. Jacobs had a couple of nice runs. Steve smith looked good but then got that concusion.. It really sucks about Jennings. I really liked him and he has potential.
