Battle of the NFL Stadiums! --AFC North

Post#1 » by Latrell » Sat Aug 18, 2007 5:10 am

I've seen this done on the NBA board not long ago and I though I'd start one here. If this has been done before on this board I apologize, but here goes:

Everyone gets one vote, vote for your favorite stadium .I'll leave this thread open for 2 days or until I receive a reasonable amount of votes.

We'll start with the AFC North, here they are

I can tell you right now this is the best division when it comes to stadiums, all of them look spectacular.

I've always been partial to M&T Bank's Scoreboard...and how the seats are set up around it.

So my vote goes to M&T Bank Stadium

That and the Outdoor Brick features just win me over completely...

To me its a toss-up between M&T and the Cleveland Brown...I went with the Cleveland one because of the setting on the waterfront...I also love the exterior design, the Bengals one is definately the fanciest, most expensive and futuristic but that's why Im not as drawn to it.

Cleveland Browns Stadium is right by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
I was in Cleveland last week and I was there.

Yeah the waterfront setting does make the Cleveland one pretty picturesque.

On the other hand, the Pittsburgh one doesn't look as nice, despite being on the waterfront too...
The two ramp pillars just don't do it for me.

The bengals stadium looks nice out of the bunch, but nothing beats Gillet(SP?) Stadium (Pats)

Can't even spell your favorite teams stadium. That be like me calling Lambert Field Lamball Field. (Lambeau Field I know, John Kerry called Lambeau Field, Lambert on his campaign in 2004.)

This is tough for me. I like Paul Brown and M&T Bank. I guess I'll go with M&T Bank Stadium, I like how both look from the inside but M&T Bank looks nicer on the outside.

I've been to M & T Bank Stadium and the place is a **** hole. Traffic movement sucked, prices sucked, stadium location sucked, metro access SUCKED, finding a ride back to the metro sucked, pulling your car out of the parking lot sucked, the stadium amenities sucked, the stadium security sucked, Ravens fans sucked, the PA system sucked and worst of all THERE WAS A BIRD **** STAIN ON THE TOP OF MY SEAT.

Two trips to the stadium, both were terrible.

I've been to Heinz three times, and Paul Brown and M&T once.

Heinz was the nicest stadium to me, plus the food was great.
