If anything, I think you guys are overrating Antropov. Obviously if he was worth more, the Leafs would have got more.

I remember some Leaf sites saying they were going to get Filatov and a 1st for Antropov.

That's not exactly true. There was no market today for Antropov. None. Once again, had the market been more competitive this year, a contending team would've given a first for Antropov. It would've been a late first (think Washington type of positioning).

If it gets that franchise in the playoffs, it's not. That team needs postseason incredibly bad and Bouwmeester is a huge key to that.

Apparently I missed nothing on the Hawks end, but TSN just said Moore has been traded, just not sure where.

Our soft blue line is going to get smoked in the playoffs. We badly needed some toughness on the back end. Mike Green is the only good defenseman on our roster. Our best positional dman plays in the AHL.

So depressing.
