Each team will draft 12 NBA players, past or present. At the end of this draft, each participant will rank every team but their own. Outsiders may also rank teams. From there, the top 8 teams will enter into a head-to-head 3 round tournament, until the champion is crowned.

Trading is allowed during and after the draft, but the total number of picks/players outgoing must equal the total number of picks/players incoming. I must also approve all trades.

Players should be viewed on their merits during any 3 CONSECUTIVE NBA SEASONS (encompasses both regular season and playoffs), as chosen during or after the draft by their owner (if a player is traded, the new owner may choose different seasons). Injuries are a factor (but, of course, only those that occurred during the 3 seasons chosen). Keep in mind both the regular season and the playoffs. For example, championships a player wins during your selected seasons should be considered, but any championships he won in other years should not be considered.

With the 3rd overall selection in the ATL draft, bryant08 is proud to select, Kareem Abdul Jabbar.

1970-71: 31.7 points, 16 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 58% FG, 69% FT (MVP, Finals MVP)
1971-72: 34.8 points, 16.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 57% FG, 69% FT (MVP)
1972-73: 30.2 points, 16.1 rebounds, 5 assists, 55% FG, 71% FT (All NBA 1st, 2nd in MVP voting)

The most dominant two player to ever play the game. Ridiculous defensive ability, a fantastic anchor, and of course the incredible low post offensive presence. Easy choice.

Jordan's credentials during those years:

League MVP in 1991 and 1992 (lost in 1993 just for a change of pace lol)
NBA Scoring Title all 3 years.
NBA Finals MVP all 3 years.
All NBA First Team all 3 years.
All NBA Defensive First team all 3 years.

That should trump just about everyone IMO.

Funny you should mention this.
See, my guy got three season MVPs, two finals MVPs for a change of pace, a defensive 2nd team appearance, leader in DWS, OWS, etc, etc...

If anyone can match Jordan's accolades it's this guy.

I was too lazy to count out his countless per and win share leads, but yes, it's a rough picture of his three years. I agree Michael is better. He's my GOAT. After him I have three guys all even with different advantages. Larry is one of them.

Side note: what on earth is with my not having a pick in the 2nd round? That's going to really **** me up.

I imagine it's too late now. I see no point to not go with ABBA though. One top 6 against 2 top 15 and another top 20 is kind of rough to go against even with a goat though.
