Milton gets some of the worst strike calls against him.

Great win. And St. Louis, Houston, and Milwaukee all lost.

-Rich definitely looks like he's turned his season around.

-St Louis has still played 5 more games than the Cubs with 3 more losses.

-4 game series with Houston next, if we take 3 out of 4 we will be 11-3 since the break.

You could tell Rich had great stuff early on even when he gave up that home run. Hopefully he keeps it up and stays healthy.

Pitching matchups for Astros series:
Wandy Rodriguez, LHP (10-6, 2.72) @ Carlos Zambrano, RHP (7-4, 3.48)
Roy Oswalt, RHP (6-4, 3.66) @ Ryan Dempster, RHP (5-5, 4.09)
Mike Hampton, LHP (6-7, 4.74) @ Randy Wells, RHP (6-4, 3.10)
Russ Ortiz, RHP (3-5, 4.75) @ Kevin Hart, RHP (2-1, 2.08)

We counter their good pitchers with our best pitchers and we counter their bad pitchers with solid rookies. I think we take 3 of 4 or at least split.
