Offseason of 2009:
-Kevin Gregg
-Aaron Heilman
-Aaron Miles
-Milton Bradley

Hopefully new ownership has a brain and gets this guy out of Chicago.

The more I watch the replay of the two homers (pretty tough to watch) the more I think Kevin Gregg tried to give up 2 home runs. Those 2 pitches were absolutely pathetic and one of them he threw sidearm. Either that or he was tired from his 40 pitches yesterday. I think it's time to make Guzman the closer.

It's mind numbing how awful this piece of **** is.

I haven't seen a reliever give up tee shot home runs like this since Hawkins was here. It's embarrassing and so disheartening to watch. He's given up 10 HRs to lead all relievers in 50 innings.

Please, put this idiot out of his misery. Like I said in early May.. It's Guzman's time.

Fixed.

Gregg hasn't been nearly as bad as those 3 were but he's pretty bad. Heilman is probably worse than Howry or on par.

Kevin Gregg SUCKS. he is DONE. Finished in Chicago as a closer. Can Pinella put down the god-damn pina colada long enough to realize this?

but for the record, absolutely nobody in Cubs history (past, present, or future) will ever be as bad as LaToya Hawkins.

LaToya Hawkins was the worst closer this franchise will ever see. Home-run Howry and Kevin Gregg are close...but nobody...I repeat NOBODY will ever match the epic failure that LaToya Hawkins was.

Aaron Miles

Kevin "moon shot" Gregg

Home-run Heilman

What a trio of winners. Oh, and by the way, Fontenot sucks.

Gregg's era jumped up to 4.47. We need to try and get this Bell guy. Marmol's too inconsistent and for whatever reason Gregg has just sucked this year after being fine with the Marlins. I guess it's just coming to this **** team that ruins you. **** the Cubs and **** my life. I was defending him just 10 minutes ago and then this happened.

Return to Chicago Cubs
