Game one against Tenn showed little; besides a 27-20 loss.
Leftwich was Ok, but can he stay healthy?
Both backup QB's were ineffective.
Like most, it was a blah game.

Leftwich was OK starting defense looked pretty good for the amount of time that they were in.

It is too early to guage anything at this point in time.
Jim Bates is a good DC, and if the talent is there the defense will be decent.

Re: Preseason game thread
Better showing by the reserves last night against the Jags.
Starting D had some major issues of blown coverage by the secondary.
McCown looked better, Freeman had a 28 yd TD scamper.

Cadillac Williams looks pretty quick against the Fins.
Good for him.

Re: Preseason game thread
man leftwich and mccown looked horrible. although leftwich's completed pass was pretty good was pretty good could have been a lot of better missing wide open players by throwing it too high.

Re: Preseason game thread
Yeah, both QB's were bad.
Personally I think Morris is in waay over his head as head coach.
Guess he'll be the sacrificial lamb in 2010.
Buc fans are in for a rude awakening.
BTW- some or all home regular season games have not yet sold out. It's been a long long time since a home game has been blacked out (Sam Wyche days). People may not be missing much though...lol
