I say send an invite to all the people who wanted in, and whoever gets in first gets in. It should only let one team in.

i just checked my email. I have one from espn saying that if the entire league wasn't filled an hour before the draft that the draft wouldn't happenat the time scheduled and we would have to schedule another draft. So you probably have to reset the draft time.

Someone **** us over and never used their invitation.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of this now, it looks as if someone didn't accept there invitation by 8:45. So ESPN decided we couldn't have our draft an hour later - I'm gonna try and fix it. Hold on.
