Well except for being optimistic about this team's direction, I suppose. Colangelo has this team securely on the treadmill of mediocrity for years to come.

He offers alot on this board also... and hope he continues to post on the raps board. Maybe he's just a seasonal poster.

Oh, I'll be back for basketball season. After the Jays are through sucking the life out of me, I'll come back over here for the winter.

Like every other insecure poster on this board, I scoured this thread looking for any trace of my name and it turns out the only mention I got comes from the guy who I've had the most run-ins with. Thanks man, appreciate it. I'll be back over here again though now that another depressing baseball season is winding up.

What up RealGM Blue Jays board?! Schad, youngLion, rkid, spykelee (one of the few posters I'd vouch for in the real world), Brinbe, zilbs, chargerxthirty, Mustard_Tiger, tsherkin, evilRyu, Ozzy. It was a riot on this board during April/May, days of 27-14. All those nicknames (Mongolian Destructor, Brandon the Buffer, Over-blank, etc.), exciting/surprised reactional posts, so much win.

Looking forward to an always entertaining season on the Raps board.

Turnpikebandit - thanks for the kind words. It was my way of giving you a shout out while hinting at the fun exchanges we have had in the past. I knew you would get it.

As I flipped through the thread (looking for my name of course) I noticed so many posters I didn't mention because it is flat out impossible to acknowledge all the great posters here. With that being the case I will make a point of giving thanks to each mod individually as they continue to provide a thankless service. There is really no excuse to miss any of them as they are listed at the top of the forum page.

supersub15 - Your approval rating is 96.7% and only 2.26% of the threads you create end up locked or moved. Your poster efficiency rating is off the charts at a staggering 99.8%. Unfortunately stats are meaningless and we all know PER is complete garbage. I read your posts and despite what the numbers say you are a pansy.

Alfred - worthy mod best know for some random rant I will never admit to reading.

terryoh - I miss all your posts. No, I am lying I only miss all your avatars and sigs.

YogiStewart - I chuckle when I think back to our past battles. Now I love you based solely on the fear of your mod powers.

LittleOzzy - Leo lover (just kidding) You are one of the most active mods and do a great job. I don't agree with your take on Lebron but that is okay, you Leo Lover.

Yuri Vaultin - You have never issued me a warning or sent me a PM. Slacker

SkinnyP - You are absolutely hilarious. I will always be grateful for that Wiz game. I'm convinced you had Bosh sink that 3/4 court heave just to top off a great event.

You do realize that I'm now going to become the Michael Jordan of RealGM. Once I saw I didn't make the cut, I went to Chapters to prove all y'all wrong and bought "Statistical analysis for Dummies." Soon, I'm going to be the GOAT and when I post my speech at the message board hall of fame induction ceremony in 20 years, I'm going to remember names.

Yep, there's going to be a lot of Byron Russell's on this board in 20 years. Just you wait!

Shout out to all the newcomers who surpassed my 7 year post count in 7 days or less. Grats.

Thanks to all posters who have made this forum an interesting read for the 9 years I've been lurking while wearing a pencil-thin moustache. This thread is a bit of a circle jerk for RealGM's "most relevant' - the efforts of all the posters are appreciated. Except when they say "no homo".

Here's to another 9 years of some combination of intelligence, insight, effort, ignorance, self-righteousness (like this post), and complete denial.
