Koren Robinson reinstated.
Just saw it on the ESPN ticker. He's eligible to begin practicing immediately.
Couldn't have come at a better time.

Better not let DrugBust see that, haha. Actually I agree that this is good and very helpful. We may not be able to run yet so we might as well put as many legitimate receiving threats in the barn as possible. I think Koren would be a great guy to line up on a 3 wide side of the field and to take a quick throw off of a bubble screen. Then you put Jones and Martin over there to and you have some decent blocking wideouts to help clear the way a little. Seems like it could work on paper at least and be another good dimension to add to the offense.

"During the months he wasn't serving time or working out in Phoenix with quarterback Brett Favre's personal trainer, Ken Croner, Robinson was in Green Bay, working on setting up a support system for his return. He said he doesn't fear returning to football and the culture of professional athletics."

What Woodson did was not fumble the ball, not dance around and go backwards and be smart back there (pouncing on the ball after it hit dumbass Bush last week). He's not Hester (who is) but he was solid.

I don't know about Koren as a punt returner(I see him as more of a kickoff specialist) but I do agree that they need to find someone other than Woodson to return punts. Not because Woodson's been bad because he hasn't. He's easily been our best PR since Rossum(I know, that's not saying much) but he's so damn fragile and he's nowhere near as important to our special teams as he is our defense.
On topic: I'm pretty excited to see Favre and Robinson pick up where they left off last year.

As near as I know KORO has never been a punt returner and I do not expect him to do that in GB.
I agree Woodson should NOT be exposed to injury as PR. He's done all right but he's too vital to D.
Tramon Williams looks ordinary.
Greg Jennings can return punts but he's always an injury waiting to happen. But now that we have more depth at WR maybe we can use Jennings as PR?

I'm not sure what kind of immediate impact Koren will make, so the bye should be helpful in giving him more time to get up to speed. I think he immediately becomes our kick returner, which should give us some oomph there. I'm not sure what else to expect at this point. Still, this is very good news.

Well he was a Pro Bowl Kick Returner which should make him able to return punts. Im not sure why some guys do one but not the other. Hes only had 2 Punt Returns in his career. Though hes played 75 games hes only been a (kick) Returner for 18. (Since he was a starting wideout in Seattle I assume thats why they never used him there).
