Morris (or somebody) decided to demote Jim Bates as DC.
Then, Morris decided to reinstall the Tampa 2 defense this week.
Changing a complete scheme during the season is unheard of.
Probably for good reason too.
Can this season possibly get any uglier?
Phenomenal indecisiveness and incompetence.
