GOAT means Greatest of All Time.

Bidding on a player ends when a bid stands for 5 hours.

Also, may I suggested no bids are finalized in the first round today? Some people may not even be aware it started, and it's pretty well dinner time, so those who only check at work may be out of the loop.

If we start a 6 hour clock now it should be fine.

If people can't check in before then, they probably shouldn't have signed up to be honest.

Yeah, the original plan was not to finalize anything until I hear from all GM's that they're aware the competition started today. So far, most GM's have chimed in, so I'd almost be comfortable with starting the 6 hour time limit, at 7 EST. So from that point on, the last offer will have the 6 hour limit.
