RDS is reporting that Philly is talking to the Habs for Halak, but I haven't seen that rumour anywhere else.

With Emery out for awhile I wouldn't be surprised.

Few things about this Admirals/Marlies game.

1. Whoever decided to let the woman sing the National Anthems for this game should be fired. Absolutely brutal. Sounded like a 13 year old boy going through puberty.

2. There are like 70 people at this game. Literally. At most there's about 200 people there.

3. The Marlie Girls are some of the most hideous things I've ever seen. I wish I would've known they were going to show them. I would've taken a screenshot to share the horror with all of you.

Edit: Just showed the Marlies game day host. She's a hottie.

God, I don't want anything to do with the Flyers. Unless it's Giroux or van Riemsdyk coming back.

The Leafs grinded one out today like beasts. An awesome defensive 3rd period and a great performance for the majority of the game. Don't look now, but the Leafs are 2 points out of 8th.

So, whoever the clock operator in Montreal had a stroke tonight or something. He let 11 seconds pass before starting the clock with 19 seconds left in the game and the Habs down 4-3. Nice try, slick.

I'll take Kellie. Taylor Swift is too psychotic at times for me.

I hate the Devils. How do they do it every year?

And I really really really hate the Flyers. Them and their fans are so pathetic.

Great job on the Western Canada road trip by the Predators. Beat Edmonton and just beat Calgary. Only Vancouver left before they face Chicago at home and then go back on the road against Chicago, St. Louis and Columbus.

4 goals on 19 shots against one of the best goalies around is amazing.

I was scratching my head when I saw Miller in goal against the Leafs, but the back up held Pittsburgh to 1 goal in regulation. Still a confusing decision to have your starter against the Leafs but your back up against the defending champs.

Ruff went with the numbers. Lalime has better career numbers against the Pens.

Just got two tickets to the Hawks/Wings game on March 7th for Christmas. Will be my first Hawks game in person. I'd kinda like to go now if possible

Habs beat the Leafs. Again.

Wonder how long the excuse is going to run about our goalies having to stand on their heads for us to win? It's only worked too many times, now.

Hawks sweep the Preds in a back to back and are 1st overall in the NHL in total points.

The Wild game was awesome tonight. Wild give up a two goal third period lead. Scott Parse gets the tying goal with 2:37 left and 12 seconds later Eric Belanger scores the game winner. 4-3 Wild.

Admirals continue their dominance over Grand Rapids with a 5-2 win.

Detroit isn't the same since Zetterberg went out. They need to find offense from somewhere. A player like Gaborik would look amazing there.

Yeah, but its not just Zetterberg. Its the whole freakin team being injured. Anytime Drew Miller, cur from the Lightning, makes it up to your second line, you know there are problems

I mean we are missing Kronwall, Cleary, Franzen, Ericsson, Williams, Lilja and Zetterberg; luckily Filppula just returned. Thats a ton of players; practically our first line guys and some key d-men. The Wings are struggling mightily, but i cant say im surprised

Capitals just traded Milan Jurcina and Chris Clark to the Blue Jackets for Jason Chimera. Good deal for teams as far as i'm concerned. Jackets get some depth and the Capitals get a good penalty killer.

Not too sure about the Caps trading their captain though...strikes me as kind of a morale killer...
