There's only three objectives left for the Seahawks the remaining two games of the season:
1) Secure the 3rd seed for the playoffs
2) Get our offense clicking as much as possible
3) Don't get any key players injured for the playoffs

Nice win for the Seahawks, 27-6. They will end the season with a home record of 7-1. Bodes well for the Hawks in the first round of the playoffs. With this win the Hawks also clinch the 3rd seed in the playoffs, and will more than likely host the Minnesota Vikings in our first playoff game.
Let's hear it for one of the 5 stingiest defenses in the NFL in terms of points allowed:
1) Tampa Bay (239)
2) New England (239)
3) Pittsburgh (242)
4) Indianapolis (246)
5) Seahawks (247)
So goes our offense in the playoffs, more than likely so goes the Seahawks.

Slightly OT: in the Minnesota-Washington game, who saw the INT thrown by Tavaris Jackson under pressure in the second quarter? Steve Hutchinson got schooled by the pass rusher and that's why Jackson didn't have time to throw. I was happy to see that... Hutchinson made a "lookout" block. I'd feel even better about it, except another ex-Hawk, Shawn Springs, made the pick.

Watched the game with my extended family while we celebrated Christmas. The Ravens never stood a chance against our defense, and Shaun was running harder than I've seen him run all season long. Hell, I think we even converted a 3rd and 1...
The NFC started off poorly, but the tide changed at the end of the season. I'm glad to see the parity.
