I said he had a nice jumper. I should of say a good volume of his points come from jumpers/put backs. Point is Lee isn't the offensive threat Boozer is and you can't say he is.

Boozer is the best PURE low post player in this free agency and that's what Thibodeau wants, inside out offense.

I like Lee and if we get him I'd be happy but I feel Boozer is a major major upgrade.

Edit: I've watched plenty of Lee and I can't sit here and say if we need a big basket and the team is forcing us to have someone other than Rose beat us, that I'm as confident with Lee as I am Boozer.

Lee averaged 20 points, 12 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and shot 54% from the field. I don't care what team you are on. If you can do that in 81 games against NBA competition, you're good.

Tony Campbell once averaged 23.1 PPG for the expansion Timberwolves. Tony who? Yeah exactly. I'm not saying Lee is as bad as Tony Campbell but numbers can be deceiving on bad teams, especially those with quick tempo teams. He was the 3rd most efficient player in the league last year though, I think I read.

BTW: The only thing I'd bet on - Wade back to Miami. I think he's milking this for his doc. No way he walks away from 30m during a divorce.

Henry Thomas said today that @dwadeofficial and @chrisbosh are "closer" to a decision. But we're hearing Dwyane won't answer the FA? Tuesday

Yes. RT @neal_bhardwaj: @KCJHoop How can the Raptors afford NOT to do a sign n' trade for Bosh. Are other teams calling their bluff??

LOL, it would be funny if it was all a bluff.

They need this S&T because there is no way in hell they could unload Hedo otherwise. Among other reasons.

How would the Bulls with Boozer be that much better than the Jazz with Boozer? They'd probably only be slightly better.

And look how good they were in the West. That same Jazz team is a title contender in the East.

What's the deal with this Hedo trade? I say do it if they want. It's not like he's a huge downgrade from Deng, if it gets us Lebron/Wade and Bosh. I feel like what we have this summer is what we're locked and loaded with.

Unless Lebron or Wade join Boozer, we'd be as good or slightly worse than Utah. For 1 thing, Deron is more proven than Rose.. 2) Boozer's best days are behind him 3) Sloan is more proven than Thibo 4) Okur, AK pretty much wash even with Deng Noah- we have better D they have better O

Wade/Bosh to Chi ignores major issue: doing 2 S&Ts. Someone would have to take Deng's deal. No one will. Tor wants picks/trade exception. half a minute ago via web

Uh, we wouldn't have to do two Sign and trades.

Couldn't the Bulls sign Wade outright (assuming Heat won't S&T him anyway), and then go over the cap with a S&T for Bosh? What would the restrictions be in a deal like this?

Bucher's point is well taken, no matter how much I can't stand him after the Kobe stuff.

Someone is going to have to come to Chicago without a Sign and Trade (either LBJ or Wade). There teams will not trade them. So far every player has signed where the $ was without any other consideration.

For LBJ or Wade to sign with us it will have to be more about winning than $.

We know Bosh will only come to Chicago if Wade or LBJ does. His Sign and Trade isn't the problem, it's getting one of the other players to come for less.
