The rules/criteria
- You have to fill out all the roster spots and cover all the criteria listed.
- You can fill the criteria in any order you wish.
- you must tell which category your selection is for at the time of the selection.
- No player can be selected by two different teams.
- The team is for next season, not a team to build for the future. The winner will be the team that has the best chance of winning an NBA title next year (as voted on by the other managers). 16 rounds.

Draft
- done via message board. dont sign up if you dont plan to visit the board several times per day. nothing is worse than waiting on one person for 3 days to make a pick.
- order will be random, determined after we get 10 teams.
- serpentine draft (i.e if you pick 10 you will also pick 11. if you pick 1 you wont pick again until 20)

Excluded player pool – Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, Kevin Durant, Chris Paul, Dwyane Wade Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony, Dirk Nowitzki and Chris Bosh. All others are fair game.

We're going harder-core on that. Anybody who gets enough techs or commits a flagrant can get suspended for a game, it doesn't really make them a knucklehead.

Edit: also everyone should note the "No NCAA ball" requirement... Bogut is not an international, but maybe Jennings is?

Fats, the idea is to get players who are an abnormal height for their position, either upwards or downwards. So I'm thinking of guys like Livingston, Hayes, Lewis, Robinson, etc. etc.

So I set those bounds (they can be adjusted if people want) to what I think offers a 5" spread (+/- 2" from the middle) of "normal" within a position. You then have to reach outside of that.
