mags-

Love the trade. I personally think that Monroe will be an impact player. I loved him in college and think that although it may take some time, he will be a nice compliment next to Lebron for years to come. I think that possibly people will look at you as more of a future team then a win now team swapping out West for Monroe, but I think the franchise is in better shape. Also picking up Miller was a steal. As for your team, I still feel that you are one big man short of being truly elite. Monroe is still only a rookie and Okafor has had some injuries in his past. Peja is not a four IMO. If you could move Carter for a big man and move Miller to backup two I think you would be better off. Damion James and Peja could easily take the 10 or so minutes per game Lebron sits, while Miller/Bell would be a very nice two guard combo. I don't love your PG situation, but it isn't going to hurt you considering the amount of time Lebron handles the ball. Overall I really like your team, but I feel you really have five legit SF's and only three frontcourt players. I guess Lebron could spend some time at four, but that is not ideal. My only suggestion would be to move a three for a 4/5 if possible to balance out the bench. As for Frank, I think he is a pretty good coach who had a terrible year in NJ which cost him his job. How will he mesh with Lebron? As Mike Brown found out, Lebron will run the team anyway, and only an established coach could change that. Frank is not that, so I am not sure he was the best choice, but then again I don't think it really matters with your team.

Amir is better, younger, more athletic, and has much more potenial than Zaza at this point, and I say all this respectfully. Plus we're very high on him, and think he will have a breakout season. So, yes he could be available, but not for Pachulia.
