Everyone on this thread (who picked the Giants) went for Giants in 4, 6 and 7th. Would be interesting if they won in 5

Believe it or not, Madison couldn't get anyone out 7 months ago, with a fastball topping off at 88/89.

this is the problem sanchez is facing right now, his arm is beyond tired from the year and his velocity and pop is gone. everyone is saying that he is falling apart but the thing is he can't beat guys anymore because of his velocity and is trying to find other ways to get the guys out and is trying to overthrow the ball.
Bochy is really going to have to limit sanchez next year with ball counts over the season so he can be in shape and ready to go for next year if they make the playoffs. Also this extra work for sanchez will be good for helping him last longer next year.

weird, i heard the exact opposite on the radio, that his fastball was around 94-96, but he couldn't control it.

I picked the Giants in a short series, does that count?
