I haven't watched the entire game, but where is Cartier Martin? Shouldn't he get some run?

Might as well get use to it, Hinrich will remain the starting SG on this team! Do you honestly believe the Bulls would've have traded him if he was REALLY a good 3 pointer??? Saunders loves him and would rather there be 3 small guards on the floor than have Hinrich come off the bench!

You're kidding right? Just because he had a good preseason and played hard in camp. Do you really think Flip would start him if Josh Howard and Arenas were healthy? He's been terrible so far this year and the only thing he gives the team is an ok backup to Wall at the point. He's a one-year rental and mentor to Wall. I don't care about that much about the shooting (you do have make an 8-footer though), but it's the defense that I'm disappointed in.

Also, NY hit a million 3's last night but for some reason Flip comes out with a game plan of us going under the screen. Has anyone noticed this? We went under every screen in that 1st half and gave up the 3 to a red hot shooting team. Chase them off that line & lets see if they can score in other ways, atleast until they cool down some

Kirk has 2 wide open 3's to cut the lead to 5 or even 2 going into the half and he misses both badly. You have to make atleast 1. Also you can see how Wall struggles sometimes in the halfcourt with his lack of J and being a rookie. He needs that other scorer out there to make it much easier for him. Hopefully Wall can turn it on in the 2nd half like he’s done in every other game

Gil can't defend right now with that ankle and rustiness (not that he could defend before). That's important in this game. You know, the other end of the floor and the Knicks aren't stupid. They'd rather leave Kirk open than Gil.

true but have you seen Kirk? He's been getting lit up also and this isnt the only game. Atleast Gil can get it back on the other end

I thought there was a constitutional amendment that you can only put cheap cheese product on Nachos? Are you guys telling me that it's Dutch Maasdammer they slather on those things at movie theaters?

Actually, the truth is there's no Velveeta or comparable products available in Asia. Truth is I love horribly pungent old world cheese that makes most people queasy. Bring on the mold!

Weird game. We're playing awful and missing open shots, while the Knicks are hitting everything. Yet we're only down 7.

Starting Hinrich is just a bad idea, they are not going to win many games with Hinrich as the starting 2.

Wall is having a rough night with TOs and Gil looks to be in preseason form. Thornton is showing why he's a 7th man and Kirk can't buy a jumper. And we can't defend as usual. No effort on the boards in traffic. Should be down by 30 but still in it.

Wall is getting doubled a lot. The rest of the guys are just watching. Wiz are 1-of-9 from three-point land and the Knicks are 10-of-22. There's your ball game.

Anybody else notice that Yi keeps screwing up the picks? Gil has the ball and he calls Yi over to set a screen. He wants Yi to set the screen so Gil can drive right. Flip even said thats how he wants 90% of his screens to go but Yi comes to the opposite side every single time to make Gil go to his left which is much easier to defend. Gil calls him over with a mindset to attack but Yi makes him go left and then Gil is just looking to pass. Tell this fool to set it on the other side like everyone else. Nobody wants to go to there off hand every single time

Really....Hilton Armstrong??? Is he really the best we could do?

I could pick any no name outta the D-League better than this turd. Heck, I could go down to my neighborhood park and find guys better than him.

Nobody on this team can shoot like Gilbert can when he gets it going, this is why as soon as he's ready to, he needs to start.
