Yea, he has the potential to be better than Barnes even offensively too, right now he's got greater handles and defense than him already.

He's playing the 5. I'm not overly impressed he looks like a finesse 4 who would struggle in the low post. Where have I seen this before?

Would you compare Perry Jones to Lamar Odom? Odom is one of the more talented players in the league that not many can match up with - P. Jones seems to have that kind of potential.

I never liked the idea of having a 6'11 SF... it just never works.

definitely. Jones has the legit handles, jumper, and athleticism to excel at the 3

Kevin Durant says otherwise. Although he's 6'10" but the point stands.

That sucks, with everything I've heard and seen I figured him to be a poor man's KD. Apparently his handle is solid and he has a good shooting stroke out to 3.

If he's an NBA PF then I'm not as enamoured with him as I was. Gotta catch a few Baylor games to see for myself.

his outside game makes him a 3 he's like Larry Bird at times. I don't see that kind of skill with Perry Jones

Well they're using him as a 5 so its hard to see what he can do with the ball in his hands.

Apparently those are his strengths as well. Doesn't sound like he's showing much of it today though. Thanks for the updates guys, can't do streams at work.

That's actually a pretty beastly stat line for the guy's first college game.
