that's the most important thing you felt to comment on following the game?

I was gonna post it in the game thread but it got locked. And they played it right after the end of the game, what was I suppose to do?

Bayless with 13/2/2 in 14 minutes... and 3-3 from 3. Nice performance for someone who's only had 1 practice with this team. I expect his numbers to be even better once he builds chemistry and learns the playbook.

I wish Bayless stayed in longer. He was lighting it up. Great game from the whole team other than DeMar.

The real question is what is going on with Demar.. wow totally invisible and looks totally disinterested the last 2 games... not sure whats up with that.

That's not how I saw it. He was looking to get his. He needs some time to learn how to run the team.

Bayless looked great.
Peja looks like he might have a little bit left in the tank.
Reggie is a beast and contributed offensively too.
Bargnani needs to work on his second halves. Dude could drop 30 a night if he played as well in the 2nd halves as he does in the firsts.
Jose looks confident again.
DD, Sonny and Kleiza were non factors which I'd worry about except that this game was more about bringing in Peja and Bayless and getting them used to the team. If it happens next game it's a problem potentially.

Next to step up our 3rd quarters though.

Great win, three more and we're .500!

You can tell that Bayless' natural instinct is to score first, pass second. Every time he came off of a pick, he was getting ready to shoot the ball.

Nice debut nonetheless.

How about the title of the thread changed to "Evans >>>> Evan Turner"

I wouldn't go crazy over Bayless going 3/3 from deep. Before tonight he shot 39/133 from 3.

Decent game for the new additions though.

You guys are getting way too carried away, Bayless and Peja only played one game. Lets wait and see how good they actually are going to be.

Boston might spank us on Friday. Hope Demar get better and I thought it was unfair to give linas's minutes to Peja.

Great game - was getting a little nervous in the 4th - but they seeemd to bounce back everytime Philly got close. Evans was all over the glass - a couple times it was him and 3 76's and he'd still come away with ball. Bargnani was big (except for the cold spell in the 4th), Bayless and Peja both looked good, Calderon played good.

Demar was invisible except for a couple nice takes in the 1st - he's either massive or quiet - not sure if he just needs more touches on offense.

DeMar was absolutely absent tonight. His second year is is just peaks and valleys. There's not middle ground right now for him.

DeMar is lost in the shuffle. Until he outplays Barbosa, Triano is going to stick with the vet, it seems.
