Good to see Andrea blocking shots again, that part of his game completely disappeared the last month or so.

In previous years Andrea was given the responsibility of defending the opposing team's premiere scoring big so Bosh didn't have to worry about foul trouble. This season that role has been given to Reggie. Bargs isn't being posted up as much and that's where he usually gets his blocks (he's never been a good weak side shotblocker).

Tonight I predict the former Sixer Reggie Evans will look like an all star. He'll have a double-double and approach 20 rebounds while knocking balls loose and being a terror on defense.

I love this team. It's so much fun to watch them play. And perhaps it's too early to call it that way, but i fear we're going to end up in no man's land at the end of the season. Outside the playoffs with too many wins for a great pick.

I love how hard this team is playing. The quote "attitude reflects leadership" is this team. Last year our "leader" was Bosh and at times we were lazy and unfocused. Without that one guy to lean on I think we're seeing everyone needs to contribute and give it their all in order to win.

Re: Post Game : REGGIE REGGIE
This team is a lot less painful to watch than last years team. No more Bosh 10 second iso. We have young players to look forward to seeing them grow and get better. They're playing like a TEAM, they're hustling on the floor, trying to knock off the soft and lazy label we've had on the Raptors for a couple of years now.

Re: Post Game : REGGIE REGGIE
Other than Weems and Demar being a bit invisible (not that they did anything negative) every Raptor that set foot on the floor played well. I really don't care to have my starting PF be Reggie Evans long term but you can't help but appreaciate how hard he works.
Not to take any credit from ther Raps who played well on both ends but how terrible does Philly look. They have imploded at the end of two games I've seen (that choke job against the Wiz was awaful). They looked like they didn't even want to be there last night. The team is horribly constructed. Most of them are dumb as rocks in terms of BBall IQ. They have 0 outside shooting. They have some terrible defenders. I really wonder how long Collins lasts there. He's near 60, has health problems, has a hostory of being overly intense. He's coached Jorand, Dumars Grant hill and now he's got this mess?
Hopefully this game's postives carry over for the Celtics game becuase I think the Celtics will be locked and loaded even without Rondo (and now West). Jose is going to see a steady stream of Nate Robinson.

Just to be sure, that was Andrea we saw chase down a loose ball and save it from going out of bounds right?

After a refreshing night of sleep, "CandyPain" still brings a smile to my face.
I'm on the CandyPain bandwagon.

#Raptors are 7-1. In 6 of the past 10 seasons, a team that has started a season 7-1 has gone on to win an NBA championship.

Unless your day job involves the creation of nicknames. If so, quit your job.
My UNSATISFYING job is the reason I'm having a few adult beverages tonight. I thought the nickname was kinda sketchy but didn't think it would receive the hate it has. Whatever, at least I'm not at work! GO RAPS!
I recall hearing a lot on Twitter about one of CB's friends named "photo will" who was pals with CB and did photo shoots for him, even appeared on a few videos CB posted. Was that you?

Re: Post Game : REGGIE REGGIE
BTW, Re: Peja - Jay's gonna have a hard job keeping him off the floor. The guy knows how to play basketball, and for a coach who could be fired or not renewed, you know he's gonna be super tempted to lean on that. No offence to Linas, but Peja is a pretty good player. Maybe he's better in jsut short bursts, but to me, Peja could do Linas's role, better than Linas.

Good game, but man Phily is horrible. Constant long 2 point jumpshots. Who would though that would be a effective way of getting back in the game.

It's a good time to trade evans to a contender for new talent. HOw about evans for Anthony Randolph.
