The Knicks are a contender?
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

For something, probably, yeah.

I didn't watch the game last night, but after having seen Bargs play for the last five years I can tell you that your eyes deceived you and what you describe is physically impossible in this universe. The fact that I can type this is proof that the world did not swallow itself up last night, which would have happened if the thought had even crossed Bargs' mind to dive for a loose ball.

I don't want to get into the math on this, but just trust me - it didn't happen.

What's the point of trading Evans for yet another power forward? I would have thought Johnson, Davis, and Dorsey would have been enough.

Plus, I don't think Raptors need a skinny power forward playing alongside Bargnani. Remember Bosh? Randolph would just result Bosh/Bargnani 2.0.

Raptors need PFs that can dominate inside and they already have 4 of them. It would make more sense to trade Evans for a solid backup C to play behind Bargnani, and it would also allow Bargnani to play the PF position on occasion, if needed.
