Thinking about it now, it was a lame ass move by not asking her straight up.

But I did not want to hear the entire story of her boyfriend if there was one involved and FWIW she hasn't called yet.

I go to the restaurant every Sunday so the next visit might be a bit awkward since she always bar tends on Sundays too.

Yep but there's a very slim window to hit on a bartender who actually looks good. I missed it and did what I thought was a viable alternative at that point. A bit more patience and I was going to be in the same situation again next week.

... and yes, people there are annoying as hell. I typically gloss right over most Kobe-related threads because there are entirely too many extremists on both sides of the argument. It's impossible to have any kind of meaningful debate.

It's funny... because the real arguments are between the two sides of the coin: extremist or hater. The knowledgeable and un-biased posts seem to get lost in the bickering by the two groups listed above.
