There were reports that Orlando wanted Melo or CP3 above anyone else but the Nuggets and Hornets did not want to deal. It's not like we can force a gun to anyone's head and force them to trade their franchise players.

Carl Landry for Nelso would make a ton of sense after all of those other moves. Personaly I think that if Orlando pulls this off and ends up with their new rotation so completely rejuvanated and in general more talented I think they make a championship push. That is just a huge improvement from their current roster.

Hedo was an allstar in Orlando and was used perfectly. Arenas needs a place to restart his career and playing on a contender would really improve his attitude, and Richardson is basically an upgrade to carter at this point.

IF you add in a Landry for Nelson deal you end up with one hell of a rotation with landry coming off the bench for some great post scoring.

I don't believe you guys will have to worry about VC, I'm of the belief that the Suns will ultimately buy him out. It'll be interesting to see what contender gets him if that's the case. He's not a 1 or 2 option anymore, but if he ends up on the Celtics, Heat , Lakers or Bulls.. Things could get interesting..

I don't think landry is a terrible rebounder, he is just completely disinterested in defensive rebounding, he is actually a very good offensive rebounder. He just doesn't even work for defensive boards.
