Contrary to what Kali said, I think this game will mean more for Miami than it ever will to us. Here's how I see it:

If we win, cool. It will be only be further evidence as to how the Media/fans continue to over-hype the Heat. What's wrong with Miami? Coaching change? Fire Spo - blah blah blah - This is what everyone will be talking about the next day, not how great we are. We're the champs, everyone knows it. No need to further kiss ass when they can talk about the other team.

IF we lose, it honestly shouldn't mean anything to us. This won't be the first time we've lost on Christmas to a Lebron James-led team. Like Cleveland, Miami will rejoice, fans will talk trash, and Miami will suddenly be seen as title favorites over a mere regular season game THUS be jinxed and placed on the receiving end of Boston's rape paraded when all is said n done.Likely.

That being said, I really REALLY want a win. Partially to continue to talk trash towards the media and their love affair with Miami (sickening), but more so because we're do for a bounce back win after that half ass effort to the Bucks.

Rockin the Lamar sig courtesy of dcash). The guy deserves it. He is finally playing like the Lamar we knew he could be. If he plays like this the whole season no one will come close to us.

OK, here we are the game that people will make it more than it really is. Like Optms said if we lose so what, this game WON'T define our season, WON'T be an indicator of who we are as a team and it WON'T knock us off course for what we're really after.

But again do the Lakers want to win ? Of course they do, and so do the fans. Simply put it's just to shove it to the media for a day, I'm not into gloating and all that other bull sh*t. I'm moving on either way after the game win or lose, that said it'll be a fun game. Hope both fan bases can act classy about it either way it ends.

Alright......enough of this good will mumbo jumbo I'm spit'in on to the game break down.

The game keys are simple, we must rebound, defend smartly and keep the flow to our pace which means running the Triangle to it's fullest extent. It's funny cause I still see dumb asses saying the Lakers don't run it all that much........BS and keep thinking that.

Our front line will have to dominate, sorry but the Heat lack the personnel to defend an elite front line such as the Lakers. They should be lucky in a sense because Drew isn't starter ready yet, so they won't have to start off going against the towers but they will at some point in the game.

I like our chances because from the reports I'm reading they seem ready to play. Especially after having the snot knocked from their noses against the Bucks, they should be like rage"in bulls out the gate.

Yeah it is just YOU! After the way the got punk'd by the Bucks they know damn well they better show today, it's no if's and's or but's about it. They gotta man up and ball period.

^ Yeah I think the loss was a good thing for us, we were growing complacent thinking we could just steam roll over the competition. I think that loss was a wake up call to everyone letting them know it's not going to be as easy as they think. We go in focused as ever and we come out with the win.

Sure hope you are right, man. If there is one thing I don't trust about this Lakers team it is their mentality.

True you just can't analyze that part of the team. But when we are focused we're probably the most lethal team in the league.

2:22 tip off, you have 20 minutes to finish BOS/ORL, no OT.
