The problem is that deal is more than fair, and you haven't taken the circumstances into account.
Why would anyone in their right mind give more than what is fair? Only a fool gives more than a fair offer that's just wasted assets/money.
Anyway, you said D won't give up Gallo and W won't give up Fields yet freaking both of them are in your deal. At best you have to figure one won't go yet you still think this deal is doable, perplexing.
