And I know some games have already concluded today, but it's much easier to just wait until the end of the night to update it.

Great idea.

Stupid Philly got a point today and Buffalo lost.

It would make my year if Philly misses the playoffs after those signings in the offseason.

It seems like the Bruins always have games in hand. I hope this season they can cash in on them.

lol. I remember things like that as well. The Flyer fan posting standings after 10 games with the Flyers on top and the Pens in last. Also said the Flyers would finish first.

It certainly does look weird to have Montreal atop the East but they have simply been the most consistant team this season in this conference. I said a few weeks ago I thought no one in the East could defeat Ottawa in the playoffs this season but im starting to question that alot considering they might not even have home ice in the first round. I also though the Stillman/Commodore trade was going to improve the team and if anything its actually hurt it with losing Corvo's puck moving. They went from a team who was good at getting there puck to the forwards (mostly Corvo and Redden) to a average to below average team at this aspect. Commodore has been terrible and gets exposed numerous times a game off the rush. Losing Corvo has really hurt that teams ability to get the puck out of there own zone and therefore causes more giveaways and penalties.

Montreal will be very tough throughout if they can lock down home ice all the way thru the east playoffs.

It's nice to see the Pens at the top and I honestly see them finishing at the top now that Sid is returning tonight, with Whitney. Fleury is healthy and Roberts and Hossa should be back within the next 2 games. A healthy Pens team, finally.

Someone (if possible) is going to have to take this over starting on Thursday night until next Tuesday. Probably was the wrong week to make this thread, but I'll be in Phoenix for a few days and doubt I'll be able to do this every night.

Let's go Hawks!
Corey Crawford comes up from Rockford to lead the Blackhawks to a 3-0 win over the Ducks.
Wish Phoenix lost but the Hawks need to keep wining.

This will be the last night I'll be able to do this until Tuesday. A mod should be able to edit my first post. If not, than just copy and paste it into a new post.

Want to see Pheonix in the first round. I don't want to see those damn Canucks. They are a great team, don't know how they are in 9th.

San Jose vs. Anahiem and Colorado vs. Dallas are going to be great series.

Because the teams in front of them are better.

Umm I don't think so. Sports is very tricky, I would pick the Nucks to stay down they are a great team that missed some bodies due to injuries. Loungo is a God send for them he can take any team to the promised land. After Brouder hangs 'em up Loungo will be the best NHL goalie.

They are far from a great team even when everyones healthy. Which team are they better then thats in the top 8?
