Regardless of the series beatdown that the Flyers are experiencing, the turnaround they had from last season is staggering, and they shouldn't be disappointed whatsoever in falling short this season.
The Flyers aren't getting anything from Briere, Umberger, and Prospal in this series, three guys which were on fire for them until this series.

xbl and ajax, Pens fans may be invading Detroits arena. The Wings are selling SC tickets right now and some Pens fans are already buying tickets to Detroit. I may end up making a road trip if the Pens have a chance to win the cup in Detroit.

I know what you're thinking. We're in the middle of a city, what's a hawk doing there?

So it's 2-0 Penguins. Then I fall asleep because I'm sick and without a juice box I get fussy, and I wake up and it's 6-0. Man, I missed a lot.

The Pens absolutely destroyed the Flyers. They even had Bobby Orr, I mean Kimmo Timmonen back too.
I don't care who the Pens play in the cup finals, but I will still say Pens in 6.
Fleury is playing like the goalie he was suppose to be. Crosby and Hossa are clicking. Geno is a maniac. Roberts will be back. Shut down Crosby and Malkin, Staal can pick up the slack. And the defense is outstanding hockey.
Did any happen to catch Laraque laughing at Hatcher because he wouldn't drop the gloves? What a pansy.

I like the pens alot but we've seen what happened last year when a team that breezed thru the east did when it matched up against the stronger western conference.

I agree somewhat, but you gotta look at the teams. I think this Pens team is so much better than last years Ottawa team.
A lot of people where picking the Rangers to represent the East this year, and the Pens steamrolled them.
The Pens have more depth then Ottawa did last year. Ottawa only had 1 dominate line compared to the Pens 2. Then you have Jordan Staal as a 3rd line center, who is more than capable of taking a game over by himself.
MAF is a much better goalie then Emery and Emery didn't have to win Ottawa any games last playoffs. MAF has had to do it a few times this year.
Talent wise, Pens>>Ottawa.

Ozzie is a beast these playoffs there is going to be a tight race to the Conn Smythe this year. MAF, Ozzie, Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Malkin and Crosby all deserve mention to it.
4-1 Wings with 12 mins left book the finals now. Just wish I could get a ticket to it but money is tight as hell
