So the night before Game 5 Lebron apparently was going to go to dinner with his mom to meet Jay Z and Beyonce. His mom said she felt sick so he said he would bring her back some food. So Lebron comes back to his room and Delonte opened the door in a towel. :lol:

I feel bad too. I would play terribly if I found that my mom was sleeping with a teammate the night before a game. But the level of absurdity in this story (his mom faking being sick, skipping dinner with Jay Z and Beyonce to sex Delonte of all people and Delonte opening the door in a towel) is just lol worthy.

To be honest, I never heard the details before. That's pretty nuts if true.

I still don't think it excuses him, but it puts forth an interesting question. How do you guys think Michael Jordan would have performed if just before a critical playoff game, he found out Dennis Rodman was boning his mom?

Of course, J23F would come up with something like "MJ would murder Rodman that night, have David Stern dispose of the body, and score 37 points with 18 rebounds in the next game to cover for Rodman's rebounding".

LOL i'm surprised LeBron didn't try to kill him afterwards. Whats the motive though, as an NBA player you think delonte could have done better than LBJ's mom.

Grown men gossiping about someone else's mom...embarrassing. For the record, not even Popeye Jones has to settle for an old, and frankly no attractive, woman like Bron's mom. I can think of a couple other moms that are more attractive. Ray Allen's, or someone like Trey Songz's mom could possibly qualify as MILFs. But Gloria James? Pfft.

If so, Delonte is crazier and dumber than previously imagined. How do you sleep with your teammates mom in the playoffs? Unncessary risk given he can bang dimes with ease, and minimal reward, given she's old. Yeah...it doesn't make any sense at all. PEACE.

Well technically she's just a woman. Many women are someone's mom, that doesn't mean they're no longer a person. That's actually kinda disrespectful to her, to speak of her as just LeBron's mom.

Clearly Delonte had more respect for her than that.

Because it is a lie if that would have been true lebron would have killed him, unless lebron is a total wimp. Plus do you think delonte would have open the door knowing that lebron could have show up at any moment?
